The Role

What your days will look like

You’ll be the person who keeps everything moving and makes every caller feel taken care of. Here’s the day-to-day — and what we’re hoping you bring.

What you’ll do

  • Answer calls and greet clients as our welcoming first point of contact
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate the team’s day
  • Prepare reports and keep office records organized
  • Manage office supplies and help organize meetings
  • Support staff and customers with day-to-day administrative tasks

What we’re looking for

  • Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • A strong communicator who’s genuinely good with people
  • Able to juggle tasks and manage your time well
  • Discreet with confidential information
  • High school diploma or equivalent — a degree is a plus. Office experience preferred.
