The Role
What your days will look like
You’ll be the person who keeps everything moving and makes every caller feel taken care of. Here’s the day-to-day — and what we’re hoping you bring.
★ What you’ll do
- Answer calls and greet clients as our welcoming first point of contact
- Schedule appointments and coordinate the team’s day
- Prepare reports and keep office records organized
- Manage office supplies and help organize meetings
- Support staff and customers with day-to-day administrative tasks
✓ What we’re looking for
- Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- A strong communicator who’s genuinely good with people
- Able to juggle tasks and manage your time well
- Discreet with confidential information
- High school diploma or equivalent — a degree is a plus. Office experience preferred.
