The Role
What you’ll be doing
Hands-on field work across roofing, siding, and gutters — repairs, small installs, and getting it done right the first time.
★ What you’ll do
- Handle roofing, siding, and gutter repairs in the field
- Complete small installs and exterior fixes
- Diagnose issues and fix them right the first time
- Work safely on ladders and roofs
- Keep job sites clean and professional
- Represent Just Improvements well with homeowners
✓ What we’re looking for
- Hands-on roofing, siding, gutter, or general construction experience
- Comfortable working at heights, on ladders and roofs
- Able to lift and carry materials and work outdoors in varying weather
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Your own basic hand tools (a plus)
- Reliable, professional, and takes pride in quality work
