Just Improvements is hiring a Project Manager to run roofing and siding jobs end to end — scheduling crews, ordering materials, keeping projects on time and on budget, and keeping homeowners confident the whole way. Full-time in Newtown Square, with job sites across Delaware County.
The Role
What you’ll run day to day
You’re the person who keeps every job on track — crews moving, materials ordered, homeowners confident, and the work done right and on time.
★ What you’ll do
- Run roofing and siding jobs from start to finish
- Schedule crews and subcontractors and keep them moving
- Order materials and coordinate timelines and budgets
- Keep homeowners informed and confident at every step
- Handle permits, inspections, and code compliance
- Solve problems on site and keep quality high
✓ What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of construction or project management experience (roofing/siding a plus)
- Experience managing crews or subcontractors
- Strong organization and time management
- Comfortable on active job sites, outdoors, and on ladders/roofs
- Solid communicator with both homeowners and crews
- Valid driver’s license, reliable, and professional
