The Role

What you’ll run day to day

You’re the person who keeps every job on track — crews moving, materials ordered, homeowners confident, and the work done right and on time.

What you’ll do

  • Run roofing and siding jobs from start to finish
  • Schedule crews and subcontractors and keep them moving
  • Order materials and coordinate timelines and budgets
  • Keep homeowners informed and confident at every step
  • Handle permits, inspections, and code compliance
  • Solve problems on site and keep quality high

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of construction or project management experience (roofing/siding a plus)
  • Experience managing crews or subcontractors
  • Strong organization and time management
  • Comfortable on active job sites, outdoors, and on ladders/roofs
  • Solid communicator with both homeowners and crews
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable, and professional
