The Role
What the job looks like
We bring the tools, support, and brand. You bring the effort and consistency — and you own the deal from first knock to signed contract.
★ What you’ll do
- Meet with homeowners and perform basic roof inspections
- Explain roofing options in a clear and honest way
- Build trust and close deals
- Follow up with leads and stay organized
- Find your own opportunities through networking, referrals, and local outreach
- Manage your pipeline from first contact to signed contract
✓ What we’re looking for
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience (home improvement or roofing a plus)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-starter mindset — you don’t wait, you go get it
- Comfortable working outdoors and in the field
- Able to manage your time and stay organized
- Reliable and professional
